Diane & Debbie both had successful careers managing dental practices and, as such, knew one of the biggest challenges was finding the right staff. They saw a gap in the market for a recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary and permanent staff to dental practices.

They approached me with the concept and together we developed a full brand identity and website for Ruby Rae Dental Recruitment. With a strong visual identity they were able to quickly launch and gain a foothold in this specialist market. Since then they have gone from strength to strength.
